2013 Master Builder Association Excellence Awards

On Friday 30th August, the 2013 Master Builders Excellence Awards were held on the lawns of the Skycity Casino. The Halikos Group had a very successful night and achieved prestigious industry award results.

Congratulations to Regan Anderson and the Developments team for winning the MBANT 2013 Presidents Award and MBANT Excellence in Commercial Construction $20-$50 Million for the H Hotel. Also, congratulations to Sharon Sutton who won the MBANT 2013 Women in Construction Award. John and Shane would like to thank Regan and his team for the 12 month transformation of the tired old AANT building into a modern fresh 186 room 4.5 star hotel, setting a precedent for Darwin to recycle and not demolish.

The Halikos Construction team were also awarded on the night. Congratulations to Chris Giannikouris, Matthew Lee and the Construction team for winning the MBANT Excellence in Commercial Construction $50-$100 Million and the MBANT Excellence in Residential Construction Over 5 Dwellings for the Larrakeyah Barracks Residential Redevelopment. John and Shane would like to thank Chris, Matthew and their team for their dedication to this amazing residential project.
