CDU Engineering Students: Shaping Careers, Building Future

Charles Darwin University (CDU) Allen Glo and Kevin Gondaliya are mastering their engineering skills while interning at the CDU Education and Community Precinct Project.

Allen, in his final year, gains hands-on experience, applying his civil and structural engineering knowledge. Kevin, specialising in mechanical engineering, expands his skill set daily.

“This has been an invaluable hands-on experience. What I have learnt about structural integrity and materials science is being applied to a real-world project, right here in Darwin. I’m very grateful that God has blessed me with organisations like Halikos and CDU to help kickstart my career.” Mr Glo said.

Their involvement broadens horizons, with Allen now interested in project management and construction. Construction is progressing rapidly on site, with doors set to open for semester two next year!
